Steps to quote
We work with an associated workshop with versatile machinery and fine finishes, guaranteeing high quality garments.
Step 1
Garment design
We can begin garment construction from a single design sketch, technical packages, fabric samples and/or samples of similar garments.
The appropriate fabrics and materials are proposed for each design, considering aspects such as texture, drape, color, resistance, among others.
Fabric samples can be sent to evaluate their quality and suitability for the design.
Step 2
Price
The cost of production is determined by the garment, fabric weight, consumption, quantity, and construction. This is determined individually per project; we cannot provide estimates without having project-specific information.
Please complete our quote request form to inquire about estimates.
Step 3
Pattern Creation + Testing and Prototyping
Designers and pattern makers create base patterns from the sketches.
Prototypes of the garments are made to test fit, comfort and functionality.
Fabric, washing, resistance tests, among others, are carried out to guarantee the quality and durability of the garments.
Step 4
Development of Details and Finishes
The final details of the garments are defined, such as pockets, buttons, closures, trims, embroidery or prints.
The type of finish is decided, such as hems, decorative seams, applications, among others.
Testing and adjustments are made to the patterns to achieve the best fit and shape of the garment.
This process of designing and developing clothing is creative, but it also requires meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of materials. Collaboration between designers, pattern makers, suppliers and production teams is essential for the success of the collection.
Step 5
Start of Production
Detailed technical sheets are received for each design, which include measurements, materials, manufacturing details and finishes.
The PC is received, with the actual quantities in each style, by color and by size.
The production process proceeds: fabric supply + cutting + sewing + finishing and details + quality control + packaging and labeling.
Step 6
Monitoring of Production Stages and real-time progress information
For this stage we use the WIP (Work in progress) tool.
The use of the WIP tool in clothing production allows detailed and effective control of the production process. It provides visibility into the status of garments at each stage, helps optimize resources, improves planning and contributes to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in garment manufacturing.

Step 7
Foreign trade
We review the documents necessary for export, which may include commercial invoices, packing list, certificates of origin from the chamber of commerce or competent entity, as well as the coordination for cargo agency.
